Stripe, the payment processor we use on PrimeLister, is a widely used and reliable payment service globally.
Some general solutions;
- You may not have allowed your credit card for online payments or abroad payments.
- Stripe requires you to activate your credit card for online payments and abroad payments in order to complete your payment transaction through Stripe securely. You should enable these settings of your credit card before you proceed to the payment.
The card has been declined for an unknown reason.
The customer needs to contact their card issuer for more information.
The card has insufficient funds to complete the purchase.
If you are using virtual cards on your payment, we recommend you define a limit which is $1 above the amount of the transaction that you want to make.
If you have contacted the bank and given permission, try again after that. Send an email to [email protected] if you still can't do a payment after trying three times.
