"Quota Exceeded" error is given when the task limit within a trial account is exceeded.

"Task Timeout" error is given when a listing operation cannot be done within 5 minutes. This error is caused by an unstable internet connection in 90% of the cases. Some of our users that have a low-speed internet connection may get this error.

"Missing Configuration in Script" error is given when the extension cannot fill a required field that is added to the listing form recently. This error occurs mostly on Mercari.com.

Error is given when you have no credit card information on Mercari.com. You cannot list your items on Mercari.com unless you added your credit card information on file.

"Listing is not available in your region" Mercari.com is only accessible from the countries and cities specified here https://www.mercari.com/area/ If you are trying to connect from a different location, you will get this error while listing products.

"Capture Operation Timed Out" error is given when there is an unstable internet connection in 90% of the cases. Some of our users that have a low-speed internet connection may get this error.

"Unable to Contact API" error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"Account Connection Failed" error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"An exception occured" error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"Delete Operation Timed Out" error is given when a listing deleting operation. This error is caused by either an unstable internet connection or a slowness caused by the platforms itself in 90% of the cases.

"Something Went Wrong" error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"Oops, an Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again." error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"Sorry, Please Try Again Later" error is given when something goes wrong at the end of Mercari.com or Poshmark.com. This error is temporary.

"Form Was Not Loaded" error is given when there is an unstable internet connection in 90% of the cases.

"Smart Pricing floor price needs to be between $X and $Y" error is given when your listing that has a smart price cannot be listed due to the update in the smart pricing range.

You should clear the caches in Chrome because the browser can use up all memory when you do not clear the caches.

This error is given only when you violate one of the Terms of Use of PrimeLister.

One PrimeLister account can be used on only one computer. "Task Was Executed Too Fast" error is given if a user tries to use a single PrimeLister account on multiple computers in order to post his listings faster.

"Missed Task" error is given when a scheduled task cannot be done on time. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet and your Chrome Browser is open and working properly when the time for a scheduled task comes.

An account on Mercari needs to complete a certain amount of sales to be capable of posting more than 100 listings to Mercari.

Sometimes errors like this can occur when Mercari.com updates its site. You are getting this error due to mistakes made by their development teams.

This error is given only when your free trial has expired. This means you should renew your subscription or start a new subscription.

"Your description needs to be at least 5 words" error is given when a listing description has less than 5-words.

"Your account has been temporarily suspended. You are unable to List, Purchase, Offer, Chat, Like, Request Direct Deposits or Instant Pay.

Cross-listing and re-listing are not the same. You can cross-list a platform but this doesn't mean you can relisting. We will also support all platforms we support for cross-list for relisting. If you are getting this error, you just have to wait.

Sometimes if you have PrimeLister in a background tab or if it is minimized, then Google Chrome will pause it. A workaround to this is to keep Poshmark in a separate window (in the foreground tab), which will let you multitask when PrimeLister is running.

You would have a duplicated copy when you relist a Poshmark listing that has an active offer because PrimeLister cannot delete the listings with active offers. Relisting tasks for your products that has active offers will be skipped in the queue.

PrimeLister extension needs an installation files to work. Sometimes your computer may delete these chrome extension files for performance purposes without notifying you. When this happens, PrimeLister extension can't work and gives you this error.

First of all, we are very sorry that we could not solve this category problem. Mercari has deleted the categories you have previously submitted. We waited for a few days, but Mercari didn't do anything and asks you to update the category of all your postings.

After Mercari's last update, it will no longer be able to run in the background exclusively for the PrimeLister Mercari platform.

"Source listing is not found" error message appears because the item you want to re-list has been deleted from the platform.
