charge you after your free trial period.
Is it secure to make online payments on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the leading payment
processing company, and no credit card information is accessed or
stored by PrimeLister.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, etc. Amounts are charged in USD ($).
How often do you charge my card when I subscribe to a paid plan?
How you are going to be billed depends on the plan you are
subscribed to. You have the option of subscribing to the Depop
Automation Tool on a monthly or yearly basis. If you choose a
monthly plan, we will bill your credit card on a monthly basis. If
you choose an annual plan, you will receive a single, hassle-free
invoice.
What is the difference between the monthly plan and the yearly
plan?
The features are the same for monthly and yearly plans. The annual
plan has the advantage of costing 20% less than the monthly plan.
Are there any additional fees?
No, we simply charge a flat price monthly.
Do you offer discounts?
For the yearly plan, we offer a fixed price that is 20% off. At
$144 a year instead of $180, that is more than two months of the
tool for free.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in your account at any time. You
will not be charged the following month if you cancel your
subscription and will be able to access your account until the end
of your current subscription.
Which countries of Depop are supported?
The Depop Automation Tool works with Depop shops in every country
Depop operates in.
How many Depop accounts can I use it for?
You can only use it on one Depop account. Please contact our team
for enterprise pricing options tailored to virtual assistants and
big-scale sellers.
Can I use it on my mobile device?
At the moment, the Depop Automation tool is only compatible with
the Google Chrome browser.
